Training methods of standard posture and mechanical structure of the two character clamp sheep and horse in Yongchun boxing

"Horse" refers to the horse of cavalry galloping on the battlefield in ancient times. In the age of cold weapons, the ancient cavalry relied on quick decision in battle. The knights had to rely on the sprint of the horse in their crotch to reach the goal of fighting. Therefore, the quality of the horse directly decided the speed and effect of the cavalry.

Similarly, the advantages and disadvantages of "Zhama" in Wushu also determine the fighting ability of Wushu players. The so-called horse is to keep the horse sitting posture to exercise. Most of the martial arts horse is sitting under the buttocks, the thighs and the ground are almost parallel, the knees are tightly clamped inward, like sitting on a real horse, and the posture is low. In particular, the northern style of boxing in the horse action, often take a stable low frame four level horse training. If the horse is fixed for a long time, it is also called "standing pile". Standing pile is an important method to cultivate the inner strength of Neijia boxing.

The posture of Yongchun sect's horse stance is higher than that of other martial arts. The predecessors of Yongchun had done such an experiment. In the stable state of the internal forceps on both knees after the horse's stance, even if the horse is riding an angry struggling ram on the hip, it is difficult to break away from the control of the internal forceps on the waist of the horse. Therefore, Yongchun horse step is called "two character clamp sheep horse", which means that practicing Yongchun boxing should achieve stable waist and strong leg.

Yongchun emphasizes "strength from the ground, waist and horse in one", the quality of horse step determines the strength of the practitioners. If ordinary people don't have the training of Yongchun, even the strong people can't give out the whole strength required by Yongchun in their normal sports. In most cases, people use the loose strength.

How to distinguish the whole strength from the scattered strength effectively?

It's very simple. When people do the lunges, kneeling carts and pushing heavy objects, the strength shown is closer to the whole strength, but the untrained strength of the whole body is not concentrated enough. For example, when a person pushes against the wall (Fig. 003), The footwork posture adopted in the copy unconsciously coincides with the bow and arrow step required by martial arts. At this time, it is easier to mobilize the strength of the whole body to act on the wall, and the human body forms an arched structure, which is convenient for pushing forward from the ground. At the same time, both hands feel the strength coming back from the wall, and return to the ground from the soles of the feet through the structure connected by the body. In this way, when pushing forward, the most obvious four supporting points are wrist, shoulder, waist, hip and hind foot; when these four joints work together instantaneously, the force is relatively large. However, once people return to the upright position, they often use only local strength when they punch or kick, which makes it difficult to play the overall strength of waist horse integration. Therefore, the significance of the long-term training of the two pronged clamp sheep and horse is to make the human body acquire a scientific power structure, make the whole body strong and strong, and instinctively use the power boy of the waist horse whenever and wherever it is attacked, so as to flexibly release and release the power and save the danger.

The arch force storage structure of the two character tongs is the prerequisite for obtaining the inner force of Yongchun.

Yongchun boxing has been improved and developed for nearly a hundred years. The posture of the two character clamp sheep and horse has integrated the wisdom of many Yongchun masters. In terms of mechanical structure, it can be called classic and perfect.

The standard method of horse tying is as follows:

(1) Stand naturally with feet together, hands down to the side of the body, relax the whole body, and look straight ahead (Fig. 004),
(2) Bend your knees slightly, lift your hands up to your chest quickly, make a light fist, and pull to the ribs to stop; keep your fists up, the heart of your fists up, and your elbows back (Fig. 005)
(3) The soles of the feet rotate to both sides with the heel of the feet as the axis, forming a straight shape (Fig. 006),
(4) The heel of both feet takes the sole of both feet as the axis. At the same time, it rotates to both sides to separate and form a figure of eight (Fig. 007). After standing, the feet grasp the ground with ten toes and the heart of the feet is empty. The knees buckle up slightly. At the same time, the front of the waist and hip is lifted up, the buttocks are closed and the anus is raised. The pelvis and femur are pulled in a straight line. The chest is pulled out, the shoulders are relaxed and sunk, the neck is vertical, and the chin is slightly retracted; The center of gravity of the whole body is at the center of the line between the feet. There is a saying that "the horse is going half way". That is to say, the two toes are about one and a half feet apart. "Er Zi" means that the line between the two toes is parallel to the line between the two heels when sitting on a horse, forming a Chinese character "Er", that is, the distance between the two toes is slightly shorter than the distance between the two heels.
(5) The right fist rubs and rotates inward against the right rib and stops at the pit of the heart, with the eye facing up and the face facing forward. The wrist of the right fist is about one stroke away from the pit (Fig. 008).
(6) His shoulders relaxed and sank, and he pushed the right fist with the force of his right elbow. He hit the right fist from the heart socket at an angle of 45 degrees upward to the front. His arm was not completely straight, and his right elbow joint was slightly curved. His left fist was rubbing and rotating inward against his left rib, and stopped at the heart socket, with his eyes facing up and his fist facing forward. His left fist was placed in front of his chest, slightly higher than the bend of his right elbow; The center of gravity of the body falls on the center of the connecting line between the heels of the feet (Fig. 009), and the whole body's inter frame structure presents an inverted "s", which is the unique arched force storage structure of Yongchun boxing.
Among the above 6 items, the first 4 are the standard actions of the two character pincers. If you do the right action, you will obviously feel that the whole upper body is supported by the solid structure formed by the two legs and the waist and crotch, and the overall structure is full of elasticity; the muscles inside and outside the thighs are obviously tight, and the knee joints, arms, shoulders and feet are prone to acid and swelling. When the movements are correct, beginners can take a short rest after standing for about 3 minutes each time, so as to avoid trembling of legs and the whole body, deformation and deformation of the structure of the boxing frame.
All the above six movements can be done smoothly, that is to say, they form the standard starting action of Rizi Chongquan (commonly known as "tugongquan"). Beginners should always pay attention to the feeling that when the heart of the foot is empty and the tip of the foot is slightly buttoned up, the heel will support the calf up; when the knee joint is buttoned up, the calf will support the thigh up; when the front of the waist and hip is lifted up, the thigh will support the waist and hip up; when the chest is slightly covered with the back, the whole waist and hip and legs will support the upper body up; when the chest is slightly covered with the back, the whole waist and hip and legs will support the upper body up; When the cervical spine is vertical and the top of the head is slightly raised, the feeling of the shoulder and back supporting the head and neck upward. If the five senses can be combined into one within 10 seconds after each time, it shows that the force storage structure of the sheep and horse with two prongs has formed.
For beginners, how to test whether their standing sheep and horses are up to the standard? Two test methods are provided
First, the wall test method is adopted. One step away from the wall. Facing the wall, stand in the posture of the sheep and horse with the two pronged pliers. Keep the shape of the punch with the right hand. Make the protruding joints of the right face just against the wall. Under the condition of ensuring that the overall posture of the sheep and horse with the two pronged pliers does not deform, drive the whole body with the waist and crotch, and suddenly rush forward to the wall with the fist. If you can clearly feel the reaction force from the wall through the right fist, right elbow, shoulders, waist, hip and knees, and return to the sole of the foot, it shows that the action of the two character pincers has taken shape (photo 010). Beginners can also use this way to find the overall feeling of exerting force when they are not sure whether they are up to the standard or not, so as to gradually standardize the action of Zama.
Second, the use of hand with the way to try boxing. Stand in a two pronged position. Keep the shape of the left Rizi punch (Fig. 011); Make a partner stand beside him at will, lift his right palm to make a short and brisk action. Tap the left fist face of the horse puller. For example, the horse puller can obviously feel the force of the partner's hand when the whole action structure is not scattered, and the partner can also feel a reaction force from the sole of the horse puller's foot back to the fist face, and act on his own hand (Fig. 012). Such a continuous slap test, if you can clearly feel the transmission of force each time, proves that the action of the sheep and horse of the two pronged clamp is formed.
Generally speaking, we only need to ponder and practice hard. Ordinary people take 15 minutes of horse training once a day. For about two weeks, the body will automatically adapt to the movement. The coordination and stability of the body will be greatly improved. The whole body will initially form a rigid connection structure under static conditions. Next, we can enter the training stage of "Ren RI Zi Chong Quan".
Through the long-term practice of the two character pincers. It can effectively condense the overall strength of the human body at one point, and exercise the structural force method when facing the target. Therefore, exerting force towards the body also means to mobilize the whole body's sense of force through the horse training of the two pronged pincers. With the movement of the body's footwork, it can hit the weak link of the opponent's body's midline and break out the whole strength at one point, so as to achieve the goal of conquering the enemy with one blow.
